I have a mould problem on my bathroom ceiling. How do I treat it?

The most effective way to treat mould problems is to scrub the surface with a one third bleach to two thirds water mix and leave it on the surface for 15 minutes before washing it off.

The most effective way to treat mould problems is to scrub the surface with a one third bleach to two thirds water mix and leave it on the surface for 15 minutes before washing it off. This will get rid of the bulk of the mould and lighten the staining. When this is dry you will need to wash the wall with Solver Sterilizing Wall Wash, which is NOT washed off. Solver Maxiwash Semi Gloss is then the paint to use to repaint the affected area as it contains a strong fungicide and is the sheen level with the best finish for wet areas.
