Wattyl Industrial Coating Systems on Trucks and Trailers

Murphy's World of Colour (Crowies Bairnsdale) have been supplying Wattyl industrial coating systems for Kennedy Trailers and achieving great results

The trucks and trailers are sandblasted to SA2.5 prior to being painted.

These trucks were primed with Wattyl Epinamel PR250 off white followed by 2 coats of Wattyl Poly U400 polyurethane. The truck in the top of these photos was painted in Kenworth Bright Red tinted to shade by Murphy's World of Colour.

The Poly U400 is an ideal product for this application as it is a tough, flexible and abrasion resistant coating with excellent gloss retention. It is also resistant to splashes of mineral oils and aliphatic petroleum products.
