Gladstone Ford Truck Repaint

Gladstone, one of our newer stores located in North Queensland has recently assisted with the repaint of a Ford F650 Truck. For these kinds of projects preparation is paramount, as a result the trucks body was sand blasted back to bare metal. Once sandblasting had been completed, minor sheet metal repairs were completed to ensure the substrate was in perfect condition ready for its undercoat. Dean, our store manager recommended the Wattyl Industrial PR250 as the undercoat to be topcoated with Wattyl Colourthane.

This system not only provides protection against the elements but also delivers an ultra-premium, extremely hard wearing gloss finish with great colour retention. Venom Sandblasting have done a great job with this project, achieving a fantastic finish off the gun. Colour for the truck is Signal Red.
